Castelli and Partners purchased the site with development approval for a multi-tenant office building. During the planning phase Castelli Group modified the council approved design to delete an entire office floor, the plans were reworked to achieve the same net lettable area of office space with one less floor plate. Gavin Construction were the appointed builders, but when they went into administration in 2012, Castelli Projects stepped in within 3 weeks to complete construction. Castelli Commercial oversaw the leasing and marketing campaign, and the building is fully leased.
