Director
Adam, with 20+ years of experience, oversees Castelli Group’s property operations. As a registered builder and licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), his hands-on approach extends from the office to building sites and Castelli Estate in Denmark.

Aaron Antonas

Managing Director
Aaron, Castelli Commercial’s Director and Licensee, oversees compliance, sales, leasing, and new business. With 16+ years in commercial property, he’s led successful campaigns for various assets. Formerly with a global real estate firm and a major development company, Aaron is a licensed Real Estate Agent dedicated to achieving optimal client results.

Our History

Castelli Commercial was established in 2005 as a boutique real estate firm, to manage Castelli Group properties and provide real estate services to a select group of private clients.

 

We began operation in Applecross, and have enjoyed significant growth since then, with a portfolio of properties that stretches across Australia.

 

This is our growth trajectory, and we’re excited to see where the future takes us.

1292 HAY STREET, WEST PERTH
The first Castelli Group property was developed and managed in West Perth.
2005
FOUNDED IN APPLECROSS
Montcastle Real Estate was created to manage Castelli Group’s portfolio of commercial properties.
2010
1710 CAVES ROAD, DUNSBOROUGH
The Dunsborough property was leased to Clancy’s Fish Pub, and managed by Montcastle Real Estate.
2015
1160 HAY STREET, WEST PERTH
This corner property was developed by Castelli Group, leased and managed by Montcastle Real Estate.

39 STUART DRIVE, HENDERSON
Castelli Commercial was engaged to manage this office workshop development in partnership with Prada Construction.
2017
A NEW LOOK
Montcastle Real Estate rebranded to Castelli Commercial, allowing the business to put a bigger focus on external clients.
2018
A NEW LOCATION
Castelli Commercial relocated from our original Tweeddale Road premises to new corporate headquarters in Myaree.
2019
50 RENEWABLE CHASE, BIBRA LAKE
Castelli Projects and Castelli Commercial partnered to develop this commercial warehouse property in Bibra Lake.
2021
10 OUTRAM STREET, WEST PERTH
Castelli Commercial managed this newly refurbished multi-tenant office building delivered by Castelli Projects.

56 KISHORN ROAD, MOUNT PLEASANT
Castelli Commercial leased and managed this multi-tenant office building refurbished by Castelli Projects.
